Prepare for Collection
Ensure all items are disassembled and securely placed back into their original boxes with all hardware and assembly instructions included.
Schedule Pickup
Once approved, our logistics partner will contact you to arrange a convenient time for the collection of the furniture from your residence.

After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund or store credit will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
